Description

#1 New York Times bestselling author Abbi Glines returns to Rosemary Beach one last time in this highly anticipated finale.

Spoiled. Selfish. Rich girl. Villain. Slut.

As the Prada-clad bad girl of Rosemary Beach, Nan Dillon has been called every vile name under the hot summer sun. Some of her reputation is deserved—she’s never had to worry about anything but maintaining her perfect figure and splitting Daddy’s private jet with her brother, Rush.

But Nan is far from happy. Rush has another kid on the way and doesn’t have time to catch up with his sister. Grant, the last guy she truly cared about, chose to be with her half-sister, Harlow, instead of her. And Harlow, who has never gotten over the way Nan treated her when she first moved to town, remains distant.

So when Major asks her out, she jumps at the chance to date the gorgeous charmer. Though she doesn’t know much about the sweet-talking Texan, and though it’s clear he doesn’t want to be exclusive, dating him beats hanging out with vapid socialites or watching Netflix alone at home.

For a while, Nan deals with Major’s playboy ways, but after he burns her one too many times, she takes off for an impromptu wild weekend in Vegas. There, she meets Gannon, a darkly seductive and oh-so-dangerous businessman who knows exactly how to handle her.

With Major asking for a second chance and Gannon haunting her dreams, Nan has to decide who to give her heart to. But what she doesn’t realize is that these players are involved in a much bigger game—and they’re already two moves ahead of her.

  • Best Rosemary Beach Book!

The best book in the Rosemary Beach Series! It has you on your toes during the whole thing. I couldn’t put it down, I read it in one sitting! Nothing like the rest of the Rosemary Beach books. (Closest to the last 2 though still completely different)

This book was so different than the first 7 in this series(I could not put those or the sea breeze books down). I could just not follow the storyline. I had to skim through and skip to get to the end. I guess It was not as romantic at the others. :)

I loved this book. I love how well she can connect t the books and characters how they intermingle yet forge a place of their own. Abbi Glines has become one of my all time favorite authors. I can come back over and over and read each book multiple times and still fall in love with the characters and their stories again and again. The story of Nan was done so fantastically and the growth and development of the characters is phenomenal!
  • Fitting End to the RB series

Hats off to Abbi Glines for giving Nan, a "Wicked" like happy ending. There were a few scenes that strained credulity though (who can claim they actually slept through sex without being under the influence on multiple occasions), but a good read all in all.

A little bit of 50 shades of Gray and a little bit Twilight. Perfect mix of drama, romance and mystery. I didn't expect much when I bought the book but I'm so glad I did. It kept me locked in and I never got bored with it. It wasn't predictable, which I liked a lot. Great writing and great story!

Up in flames was a bit different from the rest of the series. Gannon was more intense than any of the other Rosemary beach characters. But you need an intense character to handle Nan and her complexities. She seemed to grow up a bit in this story. She was a lot different from the glimpses we saw of her in Rush's story. Overall a good story but some things weren't quite completely explained at the end. Very intense and passionate.

First off, I am a die hard Abbi fan! Ever since the first book I read to the last one...I rate them all equally as my favorite! However, this one was very different. I had to highest of hopes and expectations for this book. Maybe that's where I went wrong, but I read a another review that pointed out exactly what I thought. So many openings with no ending. From the beginning of the book to the end the chapters felt like a sitcom where it's a different plot and story every episode. Never actually ending or following a certain story line. Somehow Nan sleeps with Major and it's his job and then she becomes Copes job. They both like her we think, but actually they don't. Somewhere down the line a baby comes along and Majors story line ends... It's a very confusing set up, and difficult to follow at times. I've never been able to put a book of Abbi's down I absolutely have to finish them on the release day or I have spasms all day reaching for my phone... It's a curse. With this one though it seemed like it would never end or get to a point where it made sense. I would never hold one egg against her...her talent is real, but this one definitely cannot compete with the others!

Nan is horrible .. But I'll have to read it ... I bet Major is who she connects with .. His easy going manner (even though he has secrets) will offset Nan's nastiness ... Let's hope she finally owns up and makes it .. ***************************£ So I finally read the book and oh my goodness it was a crazy, sexy, scary, sad and terrifying ride! With one of the twists I cried my eyes out!!! I was already preparing a scathing review but no need all worked out in the end ... Thank goodness!

Has read every book Abbi has ever written and loved them. This one, eh not so much. I wanted apologies to the people she wronged and the behavior she showed everyone....glad she got her happy ending but could have been a lot better.

Just simply loved this story. Getting to know the real Nan was great. Such a good read, couldn't put my iPad down until I was finished. Lol Just a great author and story line, I can't wait to see what else comes out. 🙂📖
