Great for these uncertain times. My daughter started biting her bails during the pandemic and bedtime started to get pushed back. I think these may be signs of anxiety due to the pandemic. I have not yet finished reading the book, but so far it's insightful and filled with knowledge.

This book was so empowering. Gave me so many tactics and tips to help my daughter (and me) navigate these emotions even at the young age of 9. Thankful for experts like Sissy who can help me parent — I certainly do not have all the answers. Excellent book! Can’t wait for the next one!

This book seems like it was written specifically for my daughter. It's reassuring to know that many others are going through/have gone through similar circumstances, and the advice here is practical and doable. I'm excited to show my daughter how she already is brave, strong, and smart.

A must read for all parents. I’ve learned so much about my own upbringing and it’s nice to connect some dots. We’ve been able to use great tools in supporting our 8 year old girl.
