    Two people meet but the past and the future keep crossing. Maura and Curtis have to go back and forth to save families and each other! Such an interesting book!

    I really enjoyed this story! The sweetness of love lost and regained warms my heart and the storyline and accents were captivating and entertaining! The narrator did a great job with providing unique voices for each character and appropriate tone inflections for each scene!     Maura is a warlock that has been around for centuries living with her tight knit often mischievous family and runs the small town hotel. Curtis is a part vampire southern charmer who owns the local bar. They are fated to one another but have spent more time finding each other. While neither truly remembers their past lives they just know that they should be together. With an eclectic cast of close family bonds and shenanigans they enter their fate for a final showdown to set things right once and for all. Traveling back and forth through time they discover their past lives and the reason they continue down this predetermined path. If you like humor, action, shenanigans and a happy ending you will love this book. It had me laughing out loud, smiling and even slightly teary. It has all the feels and my favorite thing, an HEA.     I read this book in one sitting. I couldn’t put it down. Just one more chapter turned into the whole book. This one was a bit different (no spoilers) and I thoroughly enjoyed it because of that. Maura and Curtis are sweet together and the ending took me by surprise. Loved it! Definitely looking forward to Raibeart’s story next.     Fun, interesting paranormal adventure! Cool action and danger! Witch Maura has been having odd feelings that lead to her helping out half vamp Curtis. They find themselves in the past dealing with some things from Curtis’ past. Enjoy the time travel angle, and all the magical fun! Plus, the connection between Curtis and Maura is sweet. Entertaining!

    Night Magick is the 9th book in the Warlocks MacGregor series by Michelle M. Pillow. I don't normally read this type of genre, but it is Michelle and I love her work. So I thought why not, and to tell you that I was totally unprepared was an understatement. I honestly don't even know what to say except I loved it! It was so different from my normal likes, so this one genuinely surprised me. Maura Macgregor owns the Hotel which she runs with her brother Bruce. She is a warlock, but tries her best to keep it low-key. Curtis Jefferson owns the Crimson Tavern. He is a half vampire and half human breed. This was so adventurous and fun. This was out of this world interesting. Nothing that I would normally read and it was very enjoyable. This had suspense, drama, adventure, magic, fantasy, and it was just overall so fun. Thank you Michelle for always pushing me out of my comfort zone! I always enjoy your work! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

    What a great addition to this series! I love how the family always plays into the story, but this book is now one of my favorites. I loved it from the beginning when Maura and Curtis first met to the unexpected ending. Add in Raibeart’s and Curtis’s antics, and it’s a fun romance with lots of drama and action. A definite must read.

    I love this family! Quirky. Fun. Entertaining. Loyal. I could go on and on. But having read the other siblings and extended family stories, Maura MacGregor gets her turn. The youngest of Murdoch and Cait MacGregor children with older twin brothers Rory and Bruce, Maura is the responsible one. Her and Bruce run the Hotel Motel. Love the plot twist at the end. The fact she meets Dhampir Curtis Jefferson is romantic. I really enjoyed learning Curtis’s genealogy and his history. The happy ever after is beautiful and leaves a feel good residue.
