"This. Book. The characters. You will fall in love with them, and you will devour this book so quickly, you'll end up wanting to read it all over again. I loved it!" — New York Times bestselling author Monica Murphy

When I signed up for the nanny agency, I didn't expect a remote mansion on a windswept cliff. Or a brooding billionaire who resents his new role. His brother's death means he's now in charge of a moody seven year old girl. She's lashing out at the world, but I can handle her. I have to. I need the money to finish my college degree. As long as I can avoid the boss who alternately mocks me and coaxes me to reveal my darkest secrets.

I loved this romantic suspense/thriller by Skye Warren‼️. It’s about Jane Mendoza, Houston native & survivor of an abusive foster system who takes a job of nanny to a 6-year old girl who recently lost both parents in a boat accident & still mourning their deaths❣️😢. Paige is now the guardian of her uncle, Beau Rochester & Jane’s employer! Their love story is both heartwarming & frightening, but they both love & want to protect Paige & want her to have a happy life! Get you copy of Private Property & read of their trials & close calls - is someone trying to harm them?😡. You will , I believe, agree with my 5-star rating for the edge-of-your-seat suspense & hot romance of Jane & Beau‼️👍👏. Carol R. Florida USA

OMG Skye this cliff hanger has me clawing for more! Beau became his nieces care giver after her parents accident, but being lost in how to raise her he hired a nanny. Jane comes into their lives to help take care of this little girl, but will she be able to fit into their lives. She needs the money for college and just wants to do her job, but they both open her heart and now they all have to figure out where they are heading. There are lots of secrets for all of them and will they find the trust in each other to begin to heal.

Skye always writes a good story. This is no different. This is not my first read of hers either. I love the similarities of Jane and Beau to Jane Eyre but it’s a world of their own. It’s not just about romancing but chemistry, dirty acts and thoughts. It’s a dark story and not a princess like fairy tail ending…yet. I cannot wait for the 2nd book!
  • Great Book

I loved this story! In the beginning it was giving me Rebecca vibes but it developed into something all its own. At points I had a anger/sore heart and tears in my eyes then at others I was literally saying OMG out loud like a school girl. I CAN NOT wait to see where this story goes in the next two books. It’s gonna drive me nuts to wait.
  • Garbage

I was induced to buy this book because it was described as “reminiscent of Jane Eyre”, the great classic by Charlotte Bronte. What an insult to Ms. Bronte. The only thing that saves this book from the trash bin is the heartwarming story of the little girl who so courageously overcomes tragedy in her life. The rest of the book is garbage – depicting a sick relationship of humiliating, degrading, exploitive sex masquerading as a “love story”. No kind, tender, notions here. The author tries to redeem it a bit at the end, but not believable. Nineteen year old Jane needs to get off her knees and find someone her own age who is truly worth loving. Maybe Noah in the story. Then, when she gets to “the 5th thing”, it might actually mean something. Oh well. Not all books are good. As has been said, if writing books were easy, everyone would write them. As for this book, I give it a 1 – generously. I only hope that this review might save someone else the aggravation of having bought it thinking it was a “love story”.
