    I am only on chapter 4 & this book has helped me identify triggers, traumas, pain, fears, anxiety & more. I am able to self-examine & be aware of things that I buried & do not deal with which has caused me to procrastinate in my life and hinder my growth. The only reason I rated the book with 4 stars is because the author repeats sentences and it bothers my brain. Like paragraph 1 & 4 would say the exact same thing but in a different order. That’s the only thing I don’t like.

    From a scientific stand point the author is on target. I only have one thing to say though. The book is too scientific for my tastes and from a Christian perspective not what I am looking for.

    Overall I enjoyed the book and learned a great deal. My only comment would be that the second half about overthinking is drawn out and repetitive.
