This book in plain terms explained why and how bitcoin can be useful to me in my everyday world. It didn’t get overly technical.
  • Helpful, but needs an update

A lot of the URLs are no longer valid, and the few that are have changed significantly since this book was written. Still, for a first look into bitcoin, it does a good job at explaining the core concepts. It's also a short read and worth it, provided you're not relying on a step by step walk through -- it's not possible with all the dead links.

Excellent easy read for beginners. After reading David's book I wanted to learn more because the book is merely an introduction to Bitcoin. I followed the links in the book and found them to be very informative, although some need to be updated.
