This is the first book I have read cover to cover as an adult and I was glad to find a book that includes one of my most favorite topics (Human Psychology) and goes into specific detail on how the human thought process works.

If you’re looking for permission to be a self centered idiot this is the book. Turn your brain off and trust your gut because the truth exists inside of you inspired by the divine universe? Sir. Please be serious. The good stuff in here was mostly stolen from Stoicism.

This book answered a lot of questions I’ve had about being an over thinker. I see now that I’ve been my own obstacle by letting thoughts dictate my happiness and where I was going in life. With so many great examples of how to not stop thinking, but being able to know when it’s necessary vs. a hinderance, was such a very good gem. I highly recommend this book.
