Description

An interactive ‘Play Book’ for those interested in developing a deeper understanding of this effective teaching approach.
Visual Coding assist students with the construction of grammar. The elements of speech: nouns, verbs, adjectives etc... are represented as coloured shapes. These shapes are used to help students classify words and structure sentences.
Many students find remembering the many english grammatical rules very difficult, this is especially true for students with additional learning needs and delayed language.
Visual Coding approaches offer a visual structure that builds sentence writing confidence and facilitates independent sentence creation.
This Multi-Touch Book utilises the ‘scrolling sidebar widget’ to demonstrate the simplicity of this approach.
