Description

I've been called wild. Dirty. Untamed. I moved to the woods to get away from the bullsh*t of the city. People there don't understand a man like me. I work hard, and my hands are as calloused as my heart. And nothing’s gonna change that. Then I meet Harper. A storm brought her to my doorstep, and soon enough I take her in my arms. And on the floor. And on the table. And in the great outdoors. But this girl keeps running. She says she has a problem that a wild man like me can’t fix. But she’s wrong—I can be everything she needs. I just have to prove that to her.
Dear Reader, TIMBER features an untamed man who takes a virgin. Please don't read if you're not ready for hot sex that will make you reach for that vibrator hidden under your pillow. If the batteries are out, your own hand will do. No shame, babycakes. Enjoy this steamy story! You deserve it. xo, frankie

This book is ridiculous. If you want all sex and not much of a plot, I guess this book is for you

Some words very cringy and repetitive. The Cussing was to much for my liking as well. I had to forced myself into reading to the whole thing, believing that the writing would get better! But No. The leads were annoying and the story didn’t make sense at times. Hoping the next book is better.

This story is about instant attraction, forced proximity, religious fanaticism and finding love. What starts off as a mistake, might turn out to be the best thing to happen to the two unhappy lovers. Both of them will have to do a lot of growing up but the rewards will be worth all the angst to get there.

I’d rather watch it than read it. This book is too dumb for words. Dumb is not dumb enough.
  • Language is too much!

Okay I found this book disrespectful to religious people! Also the use of GD in this book is ridiculous!!!!!! 😳The preacher was abusive to his daughter, which isn’t religious at all it makes him a nut job! It paints religious people in a negative light! I did love his support of her, even though he did a crap job making up his mind! The book ended beautifully, but both were very immature at the beginning.

Finished it. The story that was there was good. You just have to find it between the sex scenes.
  • Hated both lead characters

Female is an ignorant brainwashed doormat and the male is a gross @sshole alpha. It’s like Duck Dynasty meets the Duggars. Sorry I couldn’t give it no stars.

Just not my kind of reading style. And it is not because of the sex scenes.
