1 The plaintiff in error, Jack Southard, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged in the county court of Pittsburg County with the offense of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, was tried before the court, a jury being waived, and found guilty and his punishment fixed at thirty days confinement in the county jail and a fine of $100, and costs.
