When I woke my ex-wife, Janie, in the middle of the night to tell her that I thought I was a gay man who somehow still liked women, she pointed out to me that I was probably bisexual, and that I could either reject it and be miserable, or take some time to reflect on, and ultimately accept, my sexuality.
A week later, I'd done just that. I'd taken the time off work, thought about it long and hard, and realized that I was bi, and that it was okay. Janie called that weekend to check up on me and to invite me to dinner with her and her new husband, to celebrate my discovery.
Turns out, though, that there was more than dinner on the menu for the evening...
