    I was thrilled to get my hands on the next installment in the Pacific Vista Ranch series. The Wonder of You features McNeill stepbrother Grant Michaels and librarian Olivia “Livvie” Hanlon. These two have been friends since childhood, but while Grant has lived abroad for years, Livvie has remained in San Diego. I won’t give away any spoilers, but when they meet up again they see each other through new eyes. When they are snowed in over New Years, sparks fly and they can’t deny their newly discovered attraction. Marti’s characters feel so real, I wish I could hang out with them. The story drew me in and I couldn’t put this book down, in fact I stayed up half the night to finish it in one sitting. I loved this fun, steamy, dreamy escape. I highly recommend!

    I love a friends-to-lovers romance, and the Wonder of You is an excellent one! I've read all the books in Claire Marti's Pacific Vista Ranch series, and each time I've thought, "This one is my favorite in the series!" And The Wonder of You is no exception. It is now my favorite...with a smart, sassy librarian as the female main character I was automatically a fan. (Full disclosure: I have my MLS and worked in a school library for seventeen years, so I'm always a sucker for a librarian heroine.) The Wonder of You is the story of lifelong friends Grant and Olivia, who become something more than friends during a ski weekend in the mountains. It can definitely be read as a stand-alone book, but as a reader of the series, I loved the glimpse of the main characters of the previous installments enjoying their happy-ever-afters. Another wonderful read from Claire Marti!

    I'm a huge fan of the Pacific Vista Ranch series and was excited for this latest book. I loved the characters. Toby, the charismatic athlete, Olivia, the not-so-nerdy librarian, and Grant, the recovering divorcé, What a great trio of friends to set up this vivid trip to the mountains. As an avid skier myself, I could really picture this idyllic setting. The author's descriptions really nailed the environment. She makes it so easy to picture. Oh, and the hot tub scene! Steamy!!!!! This is one I'll keep on the shelf for a re-read when I'm looking for a lovely escape to a winter paradise and a happily ever after.
