Appellee Marvin M. Green's amendment to motion to dismiss and for appellate attorneys fees is granted and said motion is amended to reflect the correct Case no. 95-2213. Upon consideration, the appellee Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation's motion to join in motion to dismiss appeal and for appellate attorneys fees filed by Marvin M. Green is granted. ORDERED that appellees' motion to dismiss appeal is granted and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County, Florida, is hereby dismissed; and the appellees' motion for appellate attorney's fees is denied.
