Upon consideration, Estelle G. Furlong's motion for leave to intervene is hereby granted. Estelle G. Furlong's motion to impose attorneys' fees pursuant to section 57.105; ""Emergency Motion Asking the Court to Not Issue its Rule to Show Cause and to Strike Frivolous and Bad Faith Petition for Writ of Prohibition""; and second motion to impose attorneys' fees pursuant to section 57.105 are hereby denied. Estelle G. Furlong's second motion to shorten time to file reply and to expedite the proceeding is hereby denied as moot. The petitioner Sunbank/Miami, N.A.'s motion to dismiss and strike the pleadings of Estelle Furlong is hereby denied. Following review of this petition for writ of prohibition, together with the responses thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied.
