Description

An age gap, enemy’s little sister romance set in the Wright world about Harley Wright & Chase Sinclair from USA Today bestselling author K.A. Linde.

He didn’t know I was ten years younger.
I didn’t know he was a Sinclair.

He didn’t care that I was a Wright.
I knew exactly what I wanted.

Yet, I know none of this when I fall into his bed.

Touching him is like finally waking after a long sleep and the thought of being without him is like driving a knife through my chest. But it's worse—he was almost engaged to my brother's wife—which makes him public enemy number one.

Our families hate each other.
No one can know what we did.
If any of my four older brothers find out, they will run him out of town.

And still…I want him.

Age gap, feuding families, and a sloooow burn made Wright Kind of Trouble the kind of page-turning book I love and can’t put down! I loved Harley and Chase! Their first meeting burned with chemistry and the time and distance between their times together never doused that fire. I appreciated how their story was told and am actually glad that it spans two books instead of one. Yes, folks, “Trouble” ends in a cliffhanger. Do NOT let that deter you from reading it, though, because their love story deserves two books. I’m not telling you anything else, so as not to spoil the journey. See you after book 2!

3.5⭐️It isn’t stated anywhere that this is a 2 book series of Chase and Harley. I like to know going into reading if it’s 2 parts. However book was great. Can’t wait for final book.

I received a complimentary early release copy of this e-book from the author prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review. The next Wright series book and couple have arrived, and it is a duet. The second part comes out in April. This is Harley and Chase's story, and it was so good. It's filled with an age gap, family enemies, and is a forbidden romance. It is told in three parts, and we get both Chase and Harley's POV. The first part is the wedding, and we get to attend Jordan Wright's wedding to Annie. If you have read "Wright With Benefit's", you will remember that Chase is Annie's ex. He is also Ashleigh's brother, who once dated Julian Wright. (Julian's story is featured in "Serves Me Wright".) Harley Wright is one of the newly discovered Wright's and Jordan and Julian are her half-brothers (different mom/2nd family). Her brothers are Whitt and West and she is the baby in the family. She is cousin to the original Wright series siblings, Jenson, Austin, Landon, Morgan and Sutton. I highly suggest you read the first book in the series, "Wright With Benefits", a lot happens in that book that ties into this book. But if you don't, the first part in this book also explains what happened in the past, so it can also be read as a standalone. This is also an age gap story. The gap is really big but when Chase meets Harley, he thinks she is in her early 20's to his 29 years. He falls for Harley, before he learns that she is only a college freshman. I want to put that out there for those who might be upset by this kind of huge age gap. I really wanted Harley and Chase's story, as it's been building in the last few Wright Vineyard stories, so it was not an issue for me. The second part of the story is called Pining and it's the majority of this book. It also takes place over three years, and it takes place as we watch Harley grow up from age 19 to 22, until her graduation. It was the best part of the story. Very angysty and hot and sexy and it was just awesome. The third part is Harley graduates, and she has some really big decisions to make about what she wants to do when she graduates and also what she wants in relation to Chase. This was a fantastic story, and I am waiting for the second part. I adored and loved Chase so much, he is a wonderful character in this book and Harley and him are just perfect together.
