This is an action for injunctive relief and for declaratory judgment brought by Togo Nakagawa,*fn1 as prosecuting attorney for the City and County of Honolulu, seeking to enjoin the International Society for Krishna Consciousness ("ISKCON") from allowing more than five unrelated persons to occupy the residential premises at 51 Coelho Way, City and County of Honolulu. The trial court granted the injunctive relief prayed for and entered declaratory judgment against ISKCON. The Society appeals.
