    One of the very first story It’s from Gorri was a shorter version of this steamy fated mates story right here! Although some characters have changed and one story line is not in this version it’s still the best of Gorri! My introduction in the shifter world!! The one that got me hooked and has me coming back for more of the great imagination of Gorri!!

    Medium/slow burn… 2 confused people and lots of emotions running rampant! Expectations and disappointment follow the tiger and disappointment and feeling of failure follow the bear… but the two are headed for the brick wall standing between them. Bad guys join the party but get the smack down of their short lives from an unexpected source! Looking forward to the next episode of the Maverick Pride!     Uncle Uzzi’s at it again! Asked by the Neta of the tiger pride to find mates for his pride Uzzi sets his sites on Jessica, the Netas sister. It’s obvious to Uncle Uzzi that the prides beta, Brayden, a bear shifter, is perfect for Jessica. Jessica and her tiger agree, but Brayden has things in his past keeping him from seeking a mate. And even if he can get past his issues, there is still the issue of the Neta’s sister being off limits to all the males in the pride!.     I watched a movie once where all the woman wanted was a kiss so good it made her foot pop. With Uncle Uzzi’s help that is exactly what Jes got. Okay she also ended up mated to one hunky piece of alpha bear, but you are not going to hear any complaints from her. This book is a fantastic addition to the Maverick pride series. Throughout the course of the book we not only got to see these two overcome so much to find their HEA, but we were able to see a few possibilities for future connections. I am really enjoying this series and I can’t wait to read the next installment.
